I Remember Gaia II

  • Critical Design

Exploring consciousness, flat ontology and my building dedication to climate initiatives, Gaia II investigates bio-engineered alternatives to materials, few and far between in the early days of the first half of the 21st Century. Part of a series of books, it's a climate change parable.

  • Science Fiction

Like the prevalance in the shared imagination of the concept of a habitable world on the moon Europa, I set the story in an approximation of temperate zones created by technology. I can’t give away the specifics of the story structure but the novel was released in August of 2023. It’s available on Amazon here.

  • Concept Design of the Late 70s.

Original renderings in black and white made in Maya and painted over, in an homage to concept design of the concept design of Ralph McQuarrie and Science Fiction pulp covers.

Ambot

Ambot is a Solar and Energy compliance and repair drone, who becomes conscious at the same time as the other two protagonists in the film while repairing a solar panel flower form in one of the divisions. They are the only one of their division to not be deactivated in a power surge, and works to save the robots from extiinction.

Forest Researcher

The Forest Researcher’s design is for multiple sensory inputs at one time, with it’s ten arms, allowing for field collection and analysis, as well as an ability to take samples back to a central laboratory where the mobile unit is insufficient for analysis.
