Bold Visions for a New Future.

Over the course of my career, I have helped clients make shifts in their visual culture. Ranging from small nonprofits in climate change, education, and the arts., I’ve had the absolute joy of joining with friends at the crossroads of their cultures, and helped guide, dream, and build, into a growing, changing world.

  • Over the course of ideation sessions we create meaningful wellsprings of insight from all stakeholders in the visual process, along with our own.

  • From concept to full development, we bridge the length of dream to reality, with expert level skills in Autodesk and Adobe.

  • With our research and expertise we can guide toward social media growth and strategy, template building, and plans for more resourceful use of tools for online growth.

Comic Book Colorist Services

Familiar with all aspects of comic arts and Illustrations, my colorist services can fit any project, from the latest Digital Techniques to Golden Age simulation.

This is from the Matsumoto Graphic Novel for Captain Harlock, known as Alabator in French Culture. This was the series that introduced me to Anime (before it was a term) when I was very young. I still love the form, and investigating the process of Manga creation. I studied for two months, making me perfect for modernizing the tradition for new audiences.

Exploring Appleseed

Appleseed Explorations

This is from the Masamune Shirow grapnhic novel, one of my main influences growing up. Although Ghost in the Shell is better known, I’ve always felt like this one had the most advanced and stylistically inventive. This is another example of taking an original comic and using modern painting techniques to create the comic structure.

Social Media Design

Across social media for the organization, including Twitter, Instagram, and NextDoor, I made templates to highlight solutions and messaging central to the climate initiatives.

This is Wild Free’s logo, an NFT gallery space put together by Wild Alps. Using Futura and Geometric Design, unifying the logo form with typeface. It’s one of my best.

Community Art Centers like the Richmond Art Center bring so much to their communities, and I really tried to capture that in this image of an abstracted figure on a train. It takes years of experience, a lifetime, to become a professional, but that doesn’t mean that creativity doesn’t belong to all of us. For this campaign I wanted to let that shine.

Grace Cathedral

Part of a capital campaign and mural project, I deeply investigated the underlying structure of the Cathedral into an architectural blueprint of a human heart.

Transona Five

Transona Five came to me to make an album of a retrospective of their work, knowing them well I took a vintage approach to minimalist design, keeping in mind the thrift store LP finds of a forgotten era.

Taking a visual correspondence from Mid Century modernism, an abstracted shape serves as the only image on the cover.

Working on several projects for Kits: a film program for foster youth. I designed posters and presentation materials for this amazing non-profit.
